    Girl I’m so proud of you. This is so inspiring. I know all about this. After my first surgery I became a wanna be dietitian and learned so much about food healing. Somewhere along the way into my 2nd surgery I lost faith. You are defiantly bringing it back. I don’t want meds, and more surgeries. I’m done with that as well. I am taking my life back one bite at a time! Keep up the hard work, and sharing! Love you for the encouragement.

    Good Morning!!
    I just happened to read your story after I googled.. “What can I eat that will help my bladder not hurt”. I honestly don’t know what’s wrong. I do not want to go to the doctor because I’m sick of prescriptions. I’m also fibro so I’ve been taking a lot since 2010 but recently took myself off and prayed and I honestly have felt so much better.

    In January, I found whole 30. For a year my BFF had told me that when she follows Paleo her body pain from fibro was not as bad. I was highly skeptical for a long time but after reading about Whole30, reading how it has helped so many people. I did it. And the difference in the pain level has been UNBELIEVABLE!!

    In January I also had a UTI that I stupidly did not go and get medical treatment for 3 weeks. I know. That was not smart. Ugh wish I could go back and not do what I did. I kept thinking I could naturally get rid of it. Nope. Went to the doctor… Antibiotics and that pill that makes it not hurt to go.. Helped but a month later, even following whole 30.. I’m still having weird issues.

    My bladder and lower belly feels bloated.
    My body is not telling me in the usual normal way to go to the bathroom to teetee.
    In the evenings my bladder hurts more than during the day. Like it’s heavy. Putting my legs up seems to help but that’s just a temporary fix.
    When I do go to the bathroom, it doesn’t hurt as bad as a UTI but the pressure is uncomfortable.

    I know, I need to go to the doctor. I just don’t want to.

    Because I’m loving how the whole 30 has helped me Fibro wise, I just can’t help but think there must be something I’m eating that is aggravating my bladder.

    I’m going to keep looking.. Research what I’ve been eating to see if maybe I can eliminate something that is causing this. I am a total believe now that it’s all in the food we eat. My husband is very skeptical about it but I totally know and believe that until you go through what someone else is feeling, you will never know how they feel. You can be the most compassionate person in the world but sometimes you just don’t understand until you actually feel it.

    My guess, for me, might be the night shade veggies. Oh how I love them. But, if that’s what’s aggravating my bladder I will happily eliminate them! :)
